Who is in your life?

As a writer I tend to do a lot of contemplating.  I think, I write, I reflect, I examine.

One of my contemplations these last few weeks are the people that I have in my life.  As I reflect on my friendships I realize that some friendships are no longer necessary in my life.

I want to surround myself with all the qualities that I see on my left.  But I also in turn realize that I must exhibit those same characteristics in my life to attract that quality in my friends.

Take a look around, but first start with the mirror.  What do you see in yourself?  What do you love about yourself?  What do you want to change about yourself?

Do you need to do some weeding of your “friend” garden and take out some of those weeds.  Are you ready to plant a new crop and harvest it with new faces?
