What a ride…

Life is such an amazing ride!  Although we never quite always know where this ride will take us, it is always an adventure.  I love the friends that enter into our lives.  I love being open to meeting new people and doing new things.

In just a few short weeks I will run my first half marathon, in my training for this I did my first 10 mile run on Friday.  This was my longest distance that I have run.

The rush that I feel when I run is something that I have heard called a “runner’s high.”  I totally understand that now that I have been running for a few months now.

I am usually running out the door every morning by 5:30 to get my run in to start my day.

What do you have in your life that gives you that special “rush” or a special ride?  Find what is your passion and experience it to the fullest.  Live your best life, and one of the best things you can do for yourself is to start today by recording what you can remember about the times in your life when you lived your passion to the fullest.

What are the times that have taken your breath away?  What would you like to capture and remember to reflect upon?

  1. TLC, when I was living my life with passion to the fullest, it was sort of x-rated. My regret is it was not x-rated enough. I have found another passion — writing — so that will do just fine, thank you!

    • I want to read your x-rated passion memoir pat! I love you and I love your stories!! I need to start living a more x-rated kind of life! ha ha!
