Take the time to reflect…

On one of my favorite runs I run through the Las Palmas neighborhood in Palm Springs.  The hills are great and the views magnificient.  I love to stop and reflect at the small cemetery right across from Temple Isaiah.  As I stop and sit near the tree I reflect on the tombstones that surround me.  I wonder who these people were while they were alive.  Some tombstones say simple one word descriptions such as mother, wife, architect…

But when we spend time reflecting on our lives how would we describe ourselves?  In my Legacy Classes, session one is really all about exploring who we really are.  What are those things that make our hearts sing.  The best way to reflect is to find a quiet space and spend some time pondering who you are and what are those things that make you uniquely you.
