Steps to authenticity…

To take the steps to really become authentic we have to be willing to penetrate the commotion and distraction of our lives (one of those ways is through meditation).  We have to be willing to explore the depths of ourselves and become more self aware.  Being authentic is really the continual process of building self-awareness of our whole person- strengths and limitations.  Authenticity means being your talk at a very deep level.

As you write today are you willing to explore not only your strengths, but take a good look at your weaknesses?  What are those areas that you need to bring to the light and examine?  As I bring forth my limitations to the light I want to be loving to me and see what I truly need to see.
