Where do you find comfort?  Many times in my journals I find the comfort of the pages as I write.  I take comfort in using a special pen or writing in a favorite worn journal.  I feel the comfort as I look through the pages and see how I have grown and changed and evolved.   I find comfort in snuggling my little dog or driving in my car with the top down and feeling the sun on my face.  I find comfort in running faster and farther than I did the month before.  I find comfort in seeing my grown children when they come to visit me.  I find comfort in a bowl of homemade mac and cheese.  I find comfort when I am with my girlfriends sharing a bottle of wine.    There are so many ways that feel comfortable to each of us.  How do you find your comfort?  Write your thoughts and explore what makes you feel good…
