A Mitzvah…

I love learning yiddish words.  I heard recently that a Mitzvah is a good deed.  The month of November is a special month for me, not only because it is my birthday month, but it is also a the month when my cancer went into remission.  This month I am celebrating 16 years of being cancer free.  My mitzvah this month is that I have just been hired to facilitate the Writing for Wellness class at the Lucy Curci cancer center at Eisenhower Hospital.  I have a feeling that this “mitzvah” will be more of a blessing to me then I will be to them.  I am looking forward to meeting my new group on Monday.

Today in your writing, where do you see the “mitzvah’s” in your life?

"Because of Tammy I have found confidence in my writing and feel blessed to be honored in such a way. I have found my voice. I have found freedom! I recommend anyone for whatever reason to expand their life and sign up for her writing workshops or classes. You'll be amazed at how good you are and how everyone has a story worth telling. Sign up and set your voice free!"
