What defines you?

Friday we had our drop in workshop, and the topic was defining moments.  I shared that a defining moment is one when you face a stark choice and the choice that you make defines what your life will be.  The negative defining moments in my life could have molded me into something completely different had I let them remain negative.  When a possibly negative defining moment enters my life I have the ability to choose how to handle it.  I can use it to let me stay “stuck” or I can treat it as an opportunity to better myself.  Remember, defining moments can be either positive or negative, but they all present opportunities.
