Balancing is an art.  It is a way to embrace thinking, feeling, acting, resting, seeing, listening, and touching without being overwhelmed.  I want to feel the goodness of living well-balanced days: spending time alone and time with friends, eating cookies and broccoli (not at the same time!), enjoying the sun and walking in the moonlight, reading and writing, talking and listening.
