Today ended my writing retreat here in beautiful Loreto, Mexico.  12 of us came together to write.  We began the writing retreat with a magical dinner on the Sea of Cortez.  We wrote for 6 days, we had many wonderful meals together, even a voyage out to the island of Coronado.

The beauty is that when we let down our barriers and write together we uncover so much beauty.  I was honored to lead these amazing women, most of them had not written together before.

Each night as I went back to my villa I reflected on the days lesson and thought about each woman’s story that she shared.  I planned and reworked the next days agenda and as I look back on each of those days we spent together I am grateful.

I look forward to planning the next retreat, which I will be announcing very soon and I love what I do.  I am going to have a hard time repeating such an amazing retreat, but I will make each one better and better.

The stories we shared with each other this week will remain in my heart and I look forward to many more wonderful retreats with courageous women!
