If you are available Saturday, October 31, please make plans to come to our meeting at the Rancho Mirage Library from 2 pm to 4 pm.  This is a great organization for those who write!  The cost of membership is only $40. and for that price you can attend special workshops and also enter the contests!

I was proud to accept the chair position for the Junior Writer’s Guild.  This excellent program is serving the 3 middle schools in the Desert Sands Unified School District.  I met today with the administration at the Colonel Mitchell Paige School in Palm Desert and will be working with the student’s to build a strong community of writer’s.

Any one who would love to join the Palm Springs Writer’s Guild and consider becoming a mentor let me know!  What a rewarding experience to work with young students and get them excited about the joys of writing!
