Today I just finished a session 1 class and was touched by my students.  I love to see my students comfortable enough to open up to share the hard times of our lives or those things we consider to be secrets.  Today one of my students shared a beautiful story about something that she considered an embarrassment that she has been carrying around all of her life.  Her story that she shared was not only moving but beautifully written.  As she shared her story we all had tears in our lives as she finished.  I was so proud of her and I felt as if she had given me a gift for sharing such a beautiful story of her life.  Are you ready to open yourself up to a higher level of community?  First of all find a safe place to share and when you do you will see that sharing your story is not only beneficial to you, but to those you share it with.  Try to share your story with someone you care about this week!
