Many times in our lives we get busy and the things we should really do for ourselves get backburnered.  This past March I attended an amazing conference in San Jose and I made some commitments to myself that I have continued to do on a regular basis.  First and foremost I start each and every day with a mindful meditation.  It is such a terrific day to get centered and begin your day fresh.  Another ritual is journaling.  I journal my thoughts, hopes, wishes, intentions, visions, etc.  One of the great aspects of keeping journals is to see how far you have come in your thinking.  Since I have aligned my body with healthy eating, exercise, spiritual practices and appreciation I can see the difference in what I am attracting.  Let me encourage you to decide what your morning rituals will be and stick to it…write it down!  You will be thankful you did!
