A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting “the doctor”, MD…or some of you may know her as Maggie Downs. I was thrilled, we met in Palm Springs at Koffi on Hwy 111. My head was spinning and I felt I was rambling on and on about these wonderful women that have changed my life, the women in my workshops. I wasn’t quite sure if I got across to her how very inspirational these women were. A week went by, then two weeks and then I got a phone call from her saying she wanted to meet “these” women. I was thrilled and overjoyed! The “event” happened last week Thursday and the article ran in todays paper (mydesert.com).
Yes, the “doctor” captured what I wanted to say…meeting Maggie is like sitting down with a dear friend. She is just like she is in her column, a wonderful woman and very inspirational!
