Those who know me personally know that I have a hard time sitting still for very long. It is painful for me to sit through a conference (hence that is why my conferences are never boring and you never have to sit for too long while I wax eloquently!). My body likes to be in motion since my brain is always traveling quickly. So as you can probably guess I have a case of attention deficit disorder…but what about intention deficit disorder? Have you set your intentions and then forgot about them and went about your business? One of the most positive aspects about writing is putting your intentions down on paper and setting your goals. What goals would you like to see this year in your personal life as well as your writing life? Why not set your intention today and set your mind to bringing it forth.
