In the quiet we have a chance to listen for what really matters to us in the privacy of our thoughts and feelings, to listen for our heart’s voice.  What is your heart’s voice saying to you?  It will begin as a feeling and if you are lucky enough (or patient enough!) it will begin to whisper to you what it is that really matters…once it does write it down…very powerful exercise, I hope you do it today.
