Yesterday I posted my family of origin and today I want to post a family brought together by marriage.  My dad wisely chose to marry Lee.  They shared a beautiful relationship for over 18 years.  Daniel and Chrissy (Lee’s grown kids) were loved by my father as though they were his own.  Through the loss of my father we got to know our “new” family.  My brother, sister and I feel comfort in knowing that we have a new family.  Our hearts have expanded with love.  Today as you write in your journal do you have a family that you are a part of through marriage?  Families come to us in many ways.  Look around and see where you have your connections.  Celebrate your families whether by origin or marriage…
