This past week I have been decluttering my closet.  It is amazing what one can collect since I last moved 9 months ago.  I looked through newspaper articles from my business in the bay area, old school pictures, and many journals and pieces of my writings.  I was able to go through and sort and toss things I no longer needed but that was just the paper trail.  What about decluttering our minds?  What about our thought patterns that no longer serve us?  Do we look at the past to better understand our future?  One way that I find that helps me declutter my mind is to spend quality time in meditation each day.  As far as the papers that accumulate in our space, that is another story….
