What do you plan on doing this new, never before lived year?  Do you want to do something you have not done before?  What kinds of things are holding you back?  This morning I was listening to NPR and I heard the last of a conversation on fear.  It was about writing down the things we fear.  There is such a power in writing and releasing.  I realize that when I write my thoughts and feelings down and get them out of my head they don’t seem so big and overwhelming anymore.  This new year I plan on being the best that I can be.  I want to live each day being fully present and fully alive.  I want to make meaningful relationships with all those who come across my path.  I want to encourage and inspire and just be all that I am intended to be.  This year I am taking my workshops to a higher level of really pushing all of my students to break through those barriers, whatever they may be.  I want to encourage you to come on this journey with me to be the best that you can be!  It starts with setting your intentions…
